VACATURE: WorkSpace Brussels zoekt een voltijds ARTISTIEK COÖRDINATOR

WorkSpace Brussels is een onafhankelijke werkplaats voor podiumkunsten, die zich richt op de grote, hybride schare jonge podiumkunstenaars die in Brussel resideren of die er door aangetrokken worden. De artistiek coördinator maakt uit deze relatief brede groep kunstenaars een selectie waaraan een aantal basisfaciliteiten wordt geboden. Met enkele onder hen wordt de samenwerking voor een wat langere periode en op een intensievere manier verder gezet.

Dankzij een partnership met verschillende Brusselse partners, o.a. Kaaitheater, Rosas en Les Brigittines, kan WorkSpace Brussels, verschillende residentieplekken en –faciliteiten aanbieden.

Voor dramaturgische begeleiding, onderzoek en ontwikkeling wordt samengewerkt met Sarma.

Taakomschrijving

artistieke leiding van WorkSpace Brussels
koers & beleid uitstippelen
inhoudelijke gesprekken met artiesten en het maken van basisafspraken over residenties, coproducties en onderzoeksprojecten in nauw overleg met de zakelijke leiding
uitwerken en consolideren van samenwerkingsverbanden met lokale (Brusselse), nationale en internationale partners en netwerken
inhoudelijk luik dossiers naar de overheden uitschrijven

Profiel

degelijke kennis van en ervaring in de podiumkunsten
duidelijke visie op de rol en de functie van de werkplaats in Brussel
kunnen bogen op een representatief netwerk in de podiumkunsten (zowel nationaal als internationaal)
ervaring met beheer van budgetten
zelfstandig zowel als teamgericht kunnen werken en zin voor initiatief
drietalig (Nederlands, Frans en Engels)
